Dear KASBP Members You are cordially invited to KASBP/ KSEA-NJ and RKGSA's annual fall picnic. Please visit the following EVITE link if you don't receive the evite from KSEA-NJ, or directly using the link, and make your response for participation. I wish to see as many of you as possible to enjoy this event with family. There will be food, games, activities, and prizes. At the picnic, KSEA-NJ (Korean-American Scientists and Engineering Association - New Jersey Chapter) will hold its annual membership drive. Somerset, NJ 08873) or (156 Mettlers Rd. Fees $35 for Regular, $15 for RKGSA who has family, and $5 RKGSA single. It includes: · Free KSEA 1 year membership · One free raffle ticket · All Food Buffet (BBQ lunch, soft drinks, coffee, snack, fruit, and etc.) for whole family · Kite for kids (In-advance application required) · Game winner prizes. · Relaxing, enjoying family picnic and social networking · If you registered or renewed KSEA membership earlier (not before, but after Mar 2009), you will be waived for this fee.) · (Without KSEA 1 year membership: $20 for Regular with family, $10 for Regular single, $10 for RKGSA with family, $5 for RKGSA single) 2. Raffle Ticket: $5 for each additional raffle ticket Lots of pricey and valuable items. The value is over $500 altogether. And many Kids' free gifts 3. Schedule Plan 10:00 – 12:00: Preparation -staff · By 11:30 AM, all ordered items of foods should be arrived and ready. BBQ food should be ready to eat by 12:00 PM. 10:00 – 12:00 PM: Pre-Picnic Activity (pending on team application) Conveniently and freely, players and/or team(s) can take soft drinks, small snacks at the HQ. All activities should be arranged and finished by 12:00 PM · Tennis (The park has tennis courts. You can play tennis with your friends in the morning) · Soccer game · Softball game Any time starting from 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Flying kites as a special activity for kids · In-advance application is required for enough purchase. · Kids can enjoy flying kites with dad and/or mom until 2:15 PM. All kites must be stopped by 2:30 PM for other activities (Family games). · Kids can take their kites to home. 12:00 – 1:45 PM: Registration and Lunch 2:00 – 2:30 PM: Picnic activity I · Foot baseball game: RKGSA vs. KSEA-NJ & KASBP · Volleyball game: RKGSA vs. KSEA-NJ & KASBP 2:30 – 4:00 PM: Picnic activity II, led by Nak-yen Choy · Family games: family based and all mixed. · Tug of war game: RKGSA vs. KSEA-NJ & KASBP or mixed 4:00 PM: Remarks · KSEA-NJ by H.M Lee, KASBP by Young-Choon Moon, and RKGSA by Jiwhan Hwang · Proposed activities of KSEA-NJ/ KASBP for 2009 – 2010 4:30 PM: Raffles |
