SillaJen, Inc. is seeking an industry-experienced scientist for the position of Clinical & Research Assay Team Leader

The Clinical and Research Assay Team Leader acts as scientist, lab manager, and project manager to provide scientific direction, manage the assay team activities, and communicate findings.

Specific responsibilities include management of personnel responsible for assay development and services, and ensuring quality and integrity of data in compliance with applicable regulations.

This position is responsible for coordination with counterparts in Clinical Operations (USA) and the Discovery & Research department (Korea). This position is based 100% time in Busan, South Korea. Fluency in English and Korean is highly desired.
