Dr. Jang-Ho Cha, a distinguished Korean-American scientist and our keynote speaker will be awarded with KASBP-Daewoong Achievement Award based on his contribution to drug discovery and development. He is currently the Global Head of Translational Medicine, Neuroscience at Novartis. Active in the Huntington’s Disease community, he has held several leadership positions, such as Chair of the Gordon Research Conference on ‘CAG Triplet Repeat Disorders’ and chair of the Huntington Study Group HD Clinical Research Symposium. Also, he has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) in 2014.
