Key Responsibilities 

·       

• Lead and execute BD&L (Business Development & Licensing) strategies with domestic and global biopharma partners
• Identify partnership opportunities and conduct in-depth technical, market, and financial due diligence
• Develop and refine corporate strategy and long-term growth roadmap
• Support investment activities through strategic analysis and execution
• Prepare executive-level strategic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

·     

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., BD&L, corporate strategy, consulting, investment)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with global partners and communicate effectively in English

·       Language: Fluent in Korean, and Professional working proficiency in English 

Preferred Background

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences
• MBA degree strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience in BD or strategy within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Background in global pharma or top-tier consulting firms is a plus
