Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry
• Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working in IT or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with AI, deep learning, or healthcare
- Experience working with US hospitals, health systems, or EHR vendors
- Understanding of the US reimbursement and regulatory landscape
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive commercialization or revenue growth
About the job
As a Business Development Lead, you will play a key role in leading our entry into the US market. This role involves identifying new customers and partners, assessing strategic opportunities, and leading go-to-market efforts that support the company’s long-term growth. You will build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations, and work closely with internal teams to align our offerings with market needs. Collaborating with EHR and healthcare IT vendors will also be important for identifying integration opportunities and unlocking scalable growth. You will also be responsible for navigating healthcare regulations and the reimbursement landscape to support successful commercialization and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities with healthcare providers, system integrators, and strategic partners
- Develop and manage company-wide business roadmap
- Define and execute quarterly and annual business goals in alignment with corporate strategy
- Design and implement tailored business and pricing models (e.g. SaaS, usage-based, licensing)
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies
- Track and manage KPIs to ensure progress toward business objectives
