Role Overview
You will be responsible for establishing and systematically implementing research strategies utilizing real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) in the healthcare field. This includes writing research protocols tailored to study objectives, collecting and analyzing data to produce reliable research outcomes. Based on the analysis, you will prepare detailed research reports and support the publication of papers in relevant academic journals to share research achievements with both academia and industry. Additionally, you will continuously enhance research quality by incorporating the latest healthcare trends and regulatory changes, and collaborate with various departments to maximize the practical impact of the research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of research strategies utilizing real-world data (RWD) to generate real-world evidence (RWE) for supporting clinical and regulatory decision-making
- Design study protocols, conduct advanced statistical analyses, and prepare comprehensive research reports using RWD
- Draft and publish peer-reviewed manuscripts on RWE in scientific journals
Qualifications
[Required]
- Ph.D. (or expected completion) in Pharmaco/Clinical/Genetic epidemiology
- Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing integrated healthcare big data (e.g., Korean national medical claim data, UK Biobank)
[Preferred]
- First author of at least two SCIE publications
- Strong proficiency in longitudinal data analysis
