    [Responsibilities]

    • Lead the development of oncology pipelines through targeted peptide (ligand) design and optimization, from lead discovery to candidate selection
    • Design target-specific binding peptides based on tumor antigens/receptors, including sequence design and structure-based optimization
    • Conduct in vitro efficacy and mechanistic evaluations (e.g., cytotoxicity assays, DNA damage marker analysis, receptor density and turnover assessment) and establish candidate selection criteria

    [Basic Qualifications (Required)]

    • Master’s degree or higher in Peptide Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Life Sciences, Radiopharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
    • Hands-on experience in peptide design, synthesis, purification (HPLC), and analytical characterization (LC-MS)
    • Experience in peptide-target binding evaluation and cell-based functional validation (e.g., binding affinity, internalization, competition assays)

    [Preferred Qualifications]

    • Experience in designing tumor-targeting ligands
    • Experience in peptide stabilization and optimization strategies
    • Eligibility for the Korean Alternative Military Service Program (Specialized Research Personnel) and ability to work in Korea
    • Fluency in English for global scientic communication and publications is required; additional proficency in Korean is a plus
