l Position : Scientist / Senior Scientist, AI-Driven Antibody & Protein Engineering

[Responsibilities]
- Lead AI- and structure-based antibody engineering efforts, including CDR optimization and bispecific antibody design
- Apply computational modeling and predictive algorithms to guide rational antibody sequence modification and structural refinement
- Perform epitope–paratope modeling to optimize binding affinity, specificity, and developability
- Develop and implement AI-driven models for immunogenicity, stability, aggregation risk, and efficacy prediction
- Address engineering challenges in complex antibody formats (e.g., bispecifics), including heavy/light chain mis-pairing mitigation strategies (e.g., KIH and related approaches)
- Integrate in silico predictions with experimental feedback to iteratively improve antibody candidates
- Contribute to the establishment and scaling of an internal computational antibody engineering platform
[Basic Qualifications (Required)]
- Ph.D. (preferred) or M.S. with significant industry experience in Structural Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Protein Engineering, Immunology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in AI-driven antibody sequence design and rational structure engineering
- Strong understanding of antibody structure–function relationships and developability considerations
- Hands-on experience applying epitope–paratope modeling and developability prediction tools
- Proficiency in molecular modeling and structural analysis software (e.g., PyMOL, BioLuminate, BIOVIA, MOE, or equivalent platforms)
- Ability to translate computational outputs into practical engineering decisions for biologics development
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience designing and optimizing therapeutic antibodies or bispecific formats in an industry settinㅎ
- Experience with molecular dynamics (MD) simulations for structural stability and conformational analysis
- Experience building or deploying AI/ML models for protein engineering (e.g., sequence-to-structure/function prediction, generative models, developability scoring)
- Proven track record of scientific contributions (publications, patents, or pipeline advancement)
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration and scientific documentation
- Eligibility for the Korean Alternative Military Service Program (Specialized Research Personnel) and ability to work in Korea
- Fluency in English for global scientic communication and publications is required; additional proficency in Korean is a plus
