[Responsibilities]
- Design and synthesize payloads and linkers based on next-generation conjugate modalities, including ADCs and SMDCs/PDCs
- Perform integrated design and optimization of payload–linker–targeting ligand components
- Analyze emerging trends in conjugate modalities and evaluate the adoption of novel technologies
- Conduct research on small molecule-based targeted protein degraders (TPDs)
- Prepare patents and develop intellectual property (IP) strategies
[Basic Qualifications (Required)]
- Proven experience in drug discovery at overseas research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, or biotech organizations
- Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in small molecule synthesis or IND filing
- Strong expertise in complex organic synthesis and multi-step synthetic processes
- Hands-on experience in linker chemistry and drug conjugation
- Experience in synthesis related to conjugate drug development
- Ability to design payload–linker systems and establish synthetic strategies
- Deep understanding of linker chemistry
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience serving as a project leader or team lead in ADC-related programs
- Experience in IND filing for ADC development projects
