1. Candidate Profile (Required)
We are seeking an experienced ADC research leader who meets the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ADC research and development
- Experience working at a global pharmaceutical company or biotechnology company
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to independently lead scientific discussions and meetings
- Senior-level scientist (Lead Scientist, Principal Scientist, or equivalent)
2. Responsibilities:
ADC Discovery
- Evaluate therapeutic targets and lead antibody discovery programs
- Perform antibody generation, screening, and lead candidate selection
- Conduct antibody engineering, including humanization, affinity maturation, and format optimization
- Perform antibody characterization, including binding, specificity, developability, and in vitro efficacy assessments
ADC Payload Development
- Lead next-generation ADC payload discovery and development projects
- Evaluate emerging payload technologies and identify opportunities for platform expansion
- Develop strategies for payload optimization and ADC integration
Research Leadership
- Collaborate with global CROs and external research partners
- Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and technical documentation in English
- Draft patents and contribute to intellectual property (IP) strategy development
3. Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ADC research and development within a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Proven expertise in antibody discovery and antibody engineering
- Experience in ADC payload research and development
- Demonstrated experience in lead candidate selection and optimization
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to lead scientific meetings and technical discussions
- Research experience at an international research institute or global pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
4. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Bispecific Antibody development
- Experience in T Cell Engager (TCE) research and development
- Experience with ADC IND filing and regulatory documentation
- Experience preparing the Investigator's Brochure (IB) (nonclinical section)
- Patent application and intellectual property development experience
- Experience establishing or advancing antibody or ADC platform technologies
- Ph.D. obtained from an overseas institution or postdoctoral research experience
- Experience leading research programs or managing multidisciplinary project teams
